2. Services We offer a range of landscaping services including, but not limited to, lawn mowing, yard cleanup, laying grass, weed control, landscape design, and tree and bush trimming.

3. Appointments Appointments can be made through our website. Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide accurate contact information.

4. Payment Payment for our services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, details of which will be provided upon invoicing.

5. Money Back Guarantee We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss a potential refund or re-service.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
